The amazing "Mission Mission" blog has the scoop. Turns out the work is from one Paul Insect. Be sure to check out his exhibit at Fifty24SF, now through November 27th. Spend some time on his website, i particularly like the "Add one on for freedom" shot with the circuit-board baby-head.
